We love to be involved with the parents. We offer lots of opportunities for the parents to volunteer throughout the year. We also have special activities for the parents around the holidays. Our school features security locks with codes on the outside door and outside each classroom. We also check IDs of everyone we do not know.

Plan: Part of our tour process with all prospective parents is to ask about any food allergies or any individualized needs of their children. We also ask they day they start enrollment. This particular child had enrolled 2 months prior to actually starting with us. Mom did not tell us at the time of any special needs. The management team will double check all enrollment forms upon starting to ensure we are aware of any special needs. |
