I have used this provider for more than 6 months

WORST DAYCARE EVER STAY AWAY!! Michelle Powell is the director and she is a very rude pitiful excuse of a human being. Her attitude is the nastiest and rudest I’ve ever seen especially for someone that is supposed to be a director at a child care facility. The way she yells at and talks to those kids including my own is very unprofessional and sad. I had to remove my child from the facility due to her yelling at my child like a dog and getting all in my child’s face. When I brought it to her attention she flat out lied and said she didn’t yell even though I witness with my own eyes and then proceeded to Try and physically attack me during facility hours while children were present. I have an open case with dhs about this facility and I do NOT RECOMMEND!! Please take your children some where else where they can be treated with respect.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Seems as though the directors ability to find solution to conflict was subpar. My daughter attended for about six weeks this summer when it appeared that when there was a conflict with her and other children, there were two, they took the other child's side of the story and admitted that it was because the other child "never lies" which was bothersome. The director also appeared to have mixed up my payments with another parents' account on two separate occasions, glad i had my receipt.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

The owner is rude and could care less that my son was hurt at her daycare due to her teachers not paying attention. She treats her employees like trash, then they quit and children are left unsupervised or with an improper ratio, and children get hurt! Like my child did! She offered no explanation, not even a call back! Horrible, impersonal, uncaring, and cold!

They employ hypochondriac people. Expect to miss work for every sniffle your child gets.
