I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Will text at 430 in the morning canceling the whole infant room because of one sick employee. Very unprofessional and it is a risk to your employment having your children at this facility.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Love this daycare. They are great with the kids. Unlike the person in the previous comments I've never had issues with them not telling me what really happened when my children got hurt. They always had a report filled out and a parent sign when there was an incident. And for saying that all of us other mom who like this daycare and that we don't care about our children, you are so wrong. I have seen how things go at this one and worked at others and this is much better then the others my kids have been at.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Very unprofessional and irresponsible staff with the exception of a few. The owner stated that kids get hurt there all the time and they don't report it. My child was injured there and not only did they lie about how she was injured, but they didn't even write an incident report. Then the owner became irate when I asked how my child was hurt. So many moms let them get away with this stuff. I guess they were not use to a mom like me who actually cared about the safety of my child. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!! Unless you want your child or infant to come home hurt without an explanation.
