Hi Felicia, sorry you didn't use our service, we don't do tours at our facility since 2020 when Covid started. Our facility does not distribute any medication unless prescribed by a doctor. Incident reports are sent through our online portal as well as a paper copy is provided at pickup.
We supervise kids at all times, inside as well as outside.
We've been open for 3 years and our doors continue open, we will be opening another facility so hopefully you can use our service and you will fall in love with us.
Owner distributes melatonin to the kids and they do not tell the parents about incident reports. There have been kids that are left unsupervised outside and the neighbors (doc office and old folk staff) have reported it on multiple occasion. Right now their license has been revoked. They have too many kids and not enough staff. Having their staff take care of over 19 children mixed age. That is a citation for them multiple times.
