In fulfilling our mission, we provide an environment that supports and encourages active parental involvement and participation; one that is nurturing and that is governed by the rules and regulations of the State of Maryland, Department of Education for early childhood development facilities. We endeavor to ensure that not only is no child left behind but that every child has a healthy start, a head start, a fair start, a safe start and a moral start in life.
