I have used this provider for less than 6 months

this daycare is dirty and unsafe ! the front door is always unlocked anyone can walk in a room and grab a child and leave !! no cameras or type of security !! I had to bring my 2 girls to the dr one time and walked on in and on of my children was crying in the corner , the worker was just sitting there watching tv saying " stop crying your gonna be ok " and my other was lying on the floor just crying while she was just sitting there like nothing watching her tv program , not to even try and console neither 1 of them

Owner response : This parent had to have a no trespassing placed on him so these type of things are to be expected after the children was removed from several centers in the area due to his behavior.
