Almost all staff is new! New director doesn’t seem mentally stable as she started raising her voice at me in front of my 7 year old. She got upset and started acting out because I asked her about the same incident twice and I didn’t wait for her to call me back instead...
It must have been almost 3 weeks since I had asked her to check the cameras and observe one of the teachers allowing older girls control and bully younger girls in the classroom!
The director was totally upset and irritated because I came to her with the same problem again, she started acting up and was having a hard time controlling herself.
2 minutes later I went in and grabbed my 3 year old and my 7 year old and got them out of there! I would never trust this lady with any of my kids, she is very weird!
Owners never called me back. I left them a few messages asking for a refund, but no one cares to follow up! They are totally careless!
I would not recommend this place to anyone!
