S. §§951-962.2), the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 (42 U.S.C.A. §§6101-6107), Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C.A. §§2000d-2000d-4a). Noncompliance Area: At the time of the renewal inspection the certification representative observed that the file for staff #1 had documentation for CPR training that was expired and not renewed. but it was not pediatric CPR and First-aid. Staff#1 and #2 did not have documentation for the completion of pediatric first aid and pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) .

Correction Required: Competence is the completion of training by a professional in the field of first-aid and CPR. All staff persons shall renew their certification in pediatric first aid and pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on or before the expiration of the most current certification.

Noncompliance Area: At the time of the renewal inspection the certification representative observed that the facility did not have a written and posted plan which identifies the means of transporting a child to emergency care and the facility staffing provisions in the event of an emergency.

Correction Required: A written plan shall be conspicuously posted which identifies the means of transporting a child to emergency care and the facility staffing provisions in the event of an emergency. The plan must accompany a staff person who leaves the facility on an excursion with children.

Correction Required: The operator or designated staff person who is responsible for compliance with this chapter shall conduct fire drills and ensure that evacuation routes are posted in a conspicuous location on each floor of the facility.

Noncompliance Area: ON 8/14/20 A VIRTUAL INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED, DURING THIS INSPECTION STAFF AND ALL CHILDREN WERE OBSERVED NOT WEARING MASK. IN ADDITION, CHILDREN WERE NOT SCREENED FOR COVID SYMPTOMS (AS PER FACILITY'S COVID-19 POLICY) PRIOR TO LEAVING AT THE END OF DAY.
