I forgot to add in my last review that if you aren’t Spanish, don’t even waste your time with this daycare. My child was the only white kid there and I feel like he was definitely treated differently. I witnessed a teacher drag him by his arm. The teachers were never nice to me when I would drop him off or pick him up. They were very unorganized having me fill out paperwork every other day. My child even made accusations that they would lock him in a room by his self, they would literally see me standing outside waiting for my child and they would bring three kids out to parents that came after me. I remember one time I was standing there for 30 minutes waiting for my child. Not to mention my child lost 5 to 10 pounds while he was there his face was getting skinny, his legs and his arms you were starting to see his ribs like I don’t know the whole daycare was just off.

My child went there maybe a month at the most and fought with me every day so he didn’t have to go in. He would get scared when certain teachers would come to the door. They’re the only daycare that never offered me a tour. The parents are not allowed in the building they take forever to bring your child out. My child started losing weight after going there my child has also told me things that was going on there that made me uncomfortable to continue to send my child. And the first time I brought it up they told me that my child is a liar and said “ well, this isn’t his first daycare, so I’m sure he had other issues” which in fact he’s never been kicked out of the daycare and never had a behavior report. All around the daycare is just sketchy and doesn’t seem up to par. It looks like it’s just a waiting area not any learning going on. Not only that my child is potty trained and he has actually went back on his potty training because they were not doing the proper bathroom routine that they’re supposed to do and my child kept getting diaper rashes. They even spoke to me in a rude manner demanding that I bring diapers and wipes simply because they didn’t want to do their job. there was just a lot of red flags with this daycare and to be honest the fact that they didn’t offer a tour like every other daycare does made me feel weird.

My daughter been at this location like 2 years and I don’t have any issues all,all the employees they are really sweet and the owner she it’s really awesome ????????????????????????we have a great communication and they are a Great Team Player

My three children have gone to this daycare since my now 5 year old was 6 weeks old!!! They have been nothing but great to myself and my children! I consider them to be like family at this point!! The owner along with workers have always went above and beyond to make sure my children were well taken care of.. All three of my children are now bilingual because of attending this daycare, which in todays world is a PLUS!! I’d recommend this daycare ten times over for anyone looking for a new daycare for their child to attend.

I quickly was happy about the change to this daycare center until I had noticed one of my children getting hurt daily with no incident report written. The young child was then still fresh in transition and was written up twice in a row. Lending to a suspension within the second week of attending. The morning staff are very dry and abrupt with little to no conversation. I then noticed my son coat came up missing and might I remind this is only week 2. So I decided to take all of my kids put because I feel my son was being treated differently in his class upon being new student. When I come to pick my kids up I have to wait outside the center even in the rain. They also pick and choose who they allow in the center. I don't recommend this center if you or your kids do not speak Spanish they will treat your kids different
