Absolutely TERRIBLE. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE if care about getting quality daycare. The 'director' Erica is passive aggressive and udderly rude(to the kids and worse with the parents) and loves to over charge tuition. I brought an unopened pack of diapers(72) and 7 days later they asked for more diapers. My kid uses 5 a day MAX. He came home with someone else's diapers on more times than I can count. One time he had TWO diapers on when I picked him up. He came home several times with a raw behind from sitting in dirty diapers. They also refused to put any ointment on or care for bumps, scraps, and insect stings(he had all). They lost socks, lunchboxes, blankets and never put his food In the fridge when asked(they said they would). He also came home with a full lunchbox multiple times. They tell you they will post updates on their procare app of activities/diaper changes/meals throughout the day.. I never received any, despite asking multiple times. Their Program director, Amanda, won't even respond to my emails about these concerns. My kid had diarrhea caused by lactose intolerance and because they let him sit in it and refused to put anything on, they caused his bottom to become raw. He screamed and cried like he was being abused whenever he was changed and got sent home. Then was unenrolled by Erica. Worst part was when I had to go out of town on business unexpectedly, I not only had to pay for the week my kid wasn't there, but when he came back early, they told me he wasn't allowed to return till the beginning of the next week. So they will take your money and refuse you hours of care.
Warning to all parents
STEER CLEAR OF THE MADISON KIDTOWNE if you care about your child's wellbeing..
I never had a single problem from the location on 72 or the one in Huntsville. Always got notifications daily from the other locations too about ALL activities.
NEGATIVE 10 stars. Would NOT recommend or take my kid back even if they paid me to.
I can't believe gown ppl would do that to kids u all need to be put out of business if u can't do any better then what you've done. How can u care for other ppl children and then treat them like that.
My daughter attended the location in Madison. The staff there lacked the training, education, care or simply the common sense to recognize that my child was in respiratory distress. In fact one member of staff stated “yea I was thinking it was asthma”. They did however recognize that she had a fever. To add insult to injury they have yet to call and check on her as we continue to sit in pediatric ICU for now 3 days. I excused A LOT of the behaviors this location displayed from loosing my child’s belongings, to putting other children’s belongings on my child repeatedly, to giving her foods they were told not to give her, but not recognizing that a child is not breathing well is inexcusable!
