The staff is wonderful, however the Director Danielle is horrible I over heard her arguing with a Employee she didn’t know I was standing there Also she’s hardly even ever there I’m surprise I called her the other day him and the other lady I think her name is Brooke she’s in and out also like their Hardly ever there Brooke more so than Danielle was just recently told by some friends that the center is shutting down Which It needs to She had no business running a daycare she does not know what she’s doing she does not know how to handle people she does not know how to conduct business I’m surprised it lasted as long as I did she’s all about money horrible lady I ever encountered I pour my child so quickly from there and will never recommend anybody taking the kids back there if half of the parents knew what I knew and what I’ve seen they were probably kids to
There was not enough food served. center was like a prison it was not inviting. They go through teachers like you change clothes. They hire anyone that wants to work but doesn't have qualifications. They hire to many people that are to young and never have worked in child care.
I have been working here for about 6 months now. It is amazing. The director, Danielle, does a very good job at listening to the employees and trying to accommodate their needs. We try and teach the kids to be independent and know that they are special. Overall, this facility is great. The employees are all down to earth and really put their best foot forward to be a light in these kids lives.
This is the best facility I have worked at. The Director Danielle has been a great role model for professional behavior. I have the best parents, who are always giving me input on what kind of night their children had or any symptoms I need to be aware of. I am also blessed to work with teachers who share teachable information and work as a team.I have grown as a Teacher, and I am proud to be a teacher here. I love my babies!! :) :)
We love the staff at KLC. We have been pleased with how we have been treated. This center is amazing, teaches awesome self help skills to all children and genuinely cares about all members of the family. We are appreciative of KLC and their staff!
This place is a joke! My kids went here for a little over a year. The Director Danielle is a horrible person. She has no clue what being a parent is like and should not be running a daycare. They also go through teachers like underwear. All they care about is money. They can't even fix leaks in the roof! They have buckets lining the hall!
A very RUDE young lady by the name of Danielle works here. She was unpleasant and not a nice person. I will not be back there and would never leave my child in her care. Very bad experience. Hire better people Kidspointe.
