During initial walk-through Licensing observed menu in the front to be on Week 3 and stating that Hot Ham & Cheese Sandwiches, Pineapple, Peas, and Milk was for Lunch while the Kitchen had a Week 4 Menu posted which stated that Chicken Noodle casserole, mixed vegetables, mixed fruit, and milk were served. Licensing asked staff member what was served for lunch and children were served pizza, fruit, and milk. Licensing observed pizza boxes in classrooms. |
