I have used this provider for less than 6 months

There are stickers all over the playground area in “ALL” of the locations. They are getting on the children and poking them . I notified one of the teachers that was outside and she said yeas I know they are everywhere out here in our play ground. I also witnessed everytime I picked up my son all of the teachers were playing on their cell phones. Most of them carry around a folder/ paper and hide the phone under it while using it thinking no one can tell they are using it. The kids are never played with by these teachers and barely looked at. Most of the toys are filthy and tore up. And in the back play area of the building their are only a few items for the kids to play with or on. And there are many children . So all they can do is stand there or walk around. It’s a shame that the director doesn’t care that these kids don’t have good playing items while these kids are there all day long. And the stickers should of been taken care of by a professional to get rid of them. Daycare licencensing will be contacted. Also the bathroom s toilet paper is way to far for the kids to reach from the toilet. They can’t be wiping very well because they have to get off of the toilet and walk to the paper. It’s ridiculous to take advantage of parents that has to use daycares that don’t care about these things. I’m saying : hey kids club, #1 pay attention to how these teachers are NOT interacting with the children ( 2 year olds), #2 get more toys for the back play area!! #3 get toys that WORK and ones that’s NOT all tore up.. #4: Move toilet paper a lot closer to stools!! #5: Get rid of the pokie stickers in the play areas( they are hurting the children)!!!
