Ms. Rizzi is an egomaniac. My child got kicked in the head and started crying and Ms. Rizzi punished him because it was her favorite student who did the kicking. I am begging you, if your child goes to west rockhill elementary school, do not entrust them into the hands of this sociopath named Ms. Rizzi
