Correction Required: The operator shall comply with the CPSL and with Chapter 3490 (relating to protective services). A provisional employee may not be permitted to work alone with children and must work within the vicinity of a permanent employee.

Noncompliance Area: At approximately 12:15pm, it was observed that Staff person #1 and Staff person #2 were alone at the facility during nap time with 1 infant, 3 young toddlers, 2 older toddlers, 7 preschoolers and 3 young school agers. Staff person #3 left the facility premises on a break and returned at approximately 12:20pm.
