Kiddie Land Child Care Center

Run as fast as you can! This is the most unprofessional, unorganized daycare my daughter has attended. Not only did they never clean her face or make sure she had on a clean diaper prior to pick up but they often lost clothes or jackets for weeks with no explanation. Finally they charge fraudulent fees with no paper trail. Once I had paid up a month ahead and was late picking up my daughter. Instead of charging a late fee out of what I had paid already the woman up front screamed at me bc I hadn't written a check directly to her for the late fee which I had no idea was their policy. Now we left at the beginning of Covid because we moved and gave them notice and they are refusing to provide me with my tax paperwork bc they have me confused with someone who went to FLORIDA in the middle of the pandemic and are trying to charge me bogus fees that I do not owe. And when I tried to speak with someone to explain that is not me, I gave a notice and I do not owe anything and was never told prior to leaving or anytime in the past year that I owed them money, they refuse to take my call and gave a fake number for the director.THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!

Teachers are so friendly and really care about the kids.
