When I first sent my child to this daycare they had an amazing director. She worked with my child, was always communicating with me, and made sure I was updated on any kind of behavioral issues. About 4 months ago they switched directors. The current director is someone who I am not a fan of. She has constantly made it out that my child is an issue to her. As soon as she started all but one teacher quit. They have went through several since she has began. This would obviously be hard on a child who is less than two years old to adjust to a whole new staff. I was never made aware of all the "issues" until it was too late. She immediately dismissed my child with not even a warning in sight. She constantly said that my child was unprovoked, however my child is always around other children at home and we have not once had these issues that she is putting on them. Not to mention, my child is always coming home with bite marks and scratches on their skin as well. Are these children being dismissed as well? No, they're not. She solely picked on mine for things that are normal childhood behavior traits. Also due to their current staff shortage they have never once not been out of ratio. I used to recommend this daycare to anyone who was in need of a loving place to watch their child, but until this issue is fixed I will warn everyone of the horror which it has become.
