I have used little angels with with all of my children ! Cindy is absolutely amazing in every way ! Cindy leads her daycare based on love and compassion for her kids , Cindy has an open door for anything ! She has some of the most loving staff ! There was a isolated issue but was resolved quickly ! My kids love her and can’t wait to get to daycare ! Cindy and her staff make bring there kids to daycare fell welcoming ! Cindy had a staff member who is no longer there do some very underlying behaviors to a family she knew personally through the daycare but Cindy took action and resolved it and was done in the most appropriate way ! Cindy is by far one of the best daycares around.
We love Cindy and most of the teachers here. However, Cindy has allowed one of her employees Brooklyn Hayes to continue working at this center after calling in a malicious DSS case on the family in the 2-year-old classroom. Ms. Hayes could be charged with committing a misdemeanor per South Carolina Code of Laws Section 63-7-440 and I feel it is unsafe for other families to continue attending without being informed of her conduct. Ms. Hayes feels as a student taking her prerequisites to become a nurse, she is educated enough to diagnose children in her care and fault parents when their pediatrician does not diagnose and treat the child in the way Ms. Hayes sees fit. This is very dangerous for all parents who send their children here. Ms. Hayes is not a medical professional and should not be allowed to act as such. She is also very rude to the parents and even referred to a parent as a "Retard". That outburst was very politically incorrect and beyond unacceptable. Ms. Hayes has also broken HIPPA laws in regard to the personal health information of a parent through her mother that works at a local quick care. As long as Ms. Hayes is employed at the center parents should be wary of having their children attend. The ramifications of a case are large and life-long even when it is unfounded. While the freedom to call in cases is expected and encouraged for mandatory reporters Ms. Hayes calls in cases when parents do not respect her ill-informed medical advice. Ms. Hayes uses DSS cases as a means to push her will on the parents involved and not for the safety of the children. As long as Cindy continues to allow this type of dangerous behavior in her center in my opinion it will not be a place parents should feel safe leaving their children.
