There were incidents showing the staff not using appropriate methods to move infants as well as not appropriately supporting the head and neck of the infants while holding and moving them. LS discussed the incidents as well as appropriate supervision and care as it related to the individual needs, ages, and capabilities of each child in care. LS has recommended the infant staff complete additional training as it relates to the care of infants.
