I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My children have been at Katz Kidz for 5 month now during the pandemic. I love it. Great learning program, safe, and clean. I feel safe sending my children to care while at work and during these uncertain times. They follow guidelines, mask, temp at arrival, handwashing, etc.All things I would look for,to keep my child healthy and safe. My children come home every day telling me what they did and learned and how their day was.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Katz Kidz Romper Room is one of the best child care environments that I've come in contact with. I enrolled my two children there when I decided to return to work. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and saw the clean, warm and inviting space set up to stimulate learning in children of all ages. The staff was warm and accommodating to my children that were a bit apprehensive about being away from me for the first time. They quickly fell into the routine and enjoyed going to school each day. During the school year there was educational instruction and fun and in the summer there were many recreational activities sponsored by the provider.
I must say that when I enrolled my children, a handbook was provided with the rules and policies of the center, which I had to review and sign off on. And all of the centers regulations and staffers credentials were available for review upon request. Ms. Katrina, is the ultimate professional and I highly recommend this child care center. My children were enrolled full-time for 4 years and continued care after going to school. I've always been satisfied and have referred many for child care services.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I hate that I have to take back my previous rating but this is totally called for. This daycare is ran very unprofessional. Trina will make up days off after she takes your money, she cleans the daycare once a week so Kids are susceptible to any and all germs, she revises the "handbook" to accommodate her whenever she wants. She has her 17 year old daughter there with the kids while she's running the street, she cheated me around tax time..and when you check her on something she acts very rude and unprofessional towards you. I was just sent a text telling me she can't keep my son any longer instead of going by her "2 week" rule per her "handbook". Very money hungry and does not genuinely care about the children and won't be in business for long.
