We will make sure all clearances are in the staff member's file before they are left alone with children. The staff member finished her mandated reporter training. The staff member was let go that had charges pending. We will make sure to let DHS review any criminal charges that are pending in the future.

A lidded trash can was provided in the staff bathroom the same day. We will make sure all areas have lidded trash cans and they are in good working order by having the teachers inspect them daily.
