The provider also had a lawn mower, a screen door and some other items stacked on top of each other within the back yard. Provider informed to restrict the area of the yard where the fence has been tethered and items like the lawn mower and other debris are accessible to the children in care. Provider will ensure the children go outside twice a day. Provider will also have the fence repaired as soon as possible. Correct Immediately.
