New smoke detectors will be installed and tested to make sure they are functioning properly. There are currently no unrelated children in care. Smoke detectors will be functional before children will be accepted in care. Once functioning, I will use FaceTime with my phone to show certification representative that the smoke detectors are functioning properly. In the future, smoke detectors will be checked regularly to make sure they are functioning and that there are no conditions at the facility that pose a threat to the health or safety of the children.
