Findings: Upon arrival, the provider immediately admitted that she had 3 children under age 2 present. The provider explained that she had agreed to watch a 3rd infant starting last week. One of the infants present and enrolled will be 2 on September 27, 2019. The 3rd infant started last week but one of the other infants was not present all of last week. The provider contacted a parent and one of the infants was picked up, which brought the provider into compliance for the remainder of this day.
