Upon notification of the regulatory violation, the Program Manager immediately reviewed and revised the facility's Emergency Plan to include a detailed method for evacuating children and facility persons in the event of an emergency. The revised plan identifies evacuation routes, designated exits, assembly areas, transportation procedures when applicable, and staff responsibilities during evacuation. The updated Emergency Plan was completed on 6/9/2026. All facility persons were trained on the revised evacuation procedures on 6/10/2026, and documentation of the training has been placed in the facility file. Emergency evacuation maps and procedures have been posted in appropriate areas of the facility. |

Code 3280.26(e). A copy of the letter was distributed to the parent or guardian of each enrolled child on 6/10/2026 The facility established a process to ensure that all newly enrolled families receive the emergency procedures letter at enrollment and that families receive written notification whenever the Emergency Plan is updated.
