I got Ms. Grab's information from the COMPASS PA website identifying her as a childcare provider who was still providing childcare for essential workers. I called Ms. Grab to confirm that this was the case. I introduced myself and let her know that I got her information from the COMPASS PA website and wanted to confirm whether she was providing services or not. After explaining this her response to me was "what is this about honey?" I responded and said I wanted to know if she was still providing childcare services or not and she hung up on me. I feel that this was very unprofessional and ultimately I am glad that she did so.
