I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My children attended Ideal CDC and I could not have asked for a better child car provider. The teachers truly cared about the overall growth and development of my babies. As a parent my number one concern is that my children will be cared for and nurtured while I am away from them. This facility did just that and I am forever grateful for the positive impact they had on the lives of my two daughters as well as our entire family.

I am an employee

I used to work for this company and let me tell you you do not want to send your child in this center. The kids do learn somewhat and they are being taken care of but beyond that, that is all that is happening. The kids are really not learning and doing their own thing and the boss does not really care for employee. They have no employee handbook and no benefits beside insurance and paid leave. I honestly feel like a babysitter and am constantly left alone with 15 kids by myself and am forced to stay while waiting for other employee to take their shift. I feel very used at this job when I worked her and the reason I left was because they FORCED me to resign because they found out i was looking for another job and because i was scared to be fired, i did what she asked but now i regret it. I was promoted four times within 3 years so i wondered why they didn't fire me but trust and believe that this center is not a good place to work for or send your kids. The boss cares about nothing but money and doesn't look out for employee or students.
