Description: Howard Elementary consists of a very diverse population with an average enrollment of 390 students from preschool through sixth grade. The diversity of our school population exposes all students to the many different world cultures living within our community.Our emphasis is on academics as well as character development. Students are encouraged to think about their behavior and make good choices for their lives by being responsible, self-disciplined and ethical members of society.
