I am an employee

One of the worst places to work for. Tishonda is the director of this facility and it was a terrible experience being under her management. She was not professional in any way and brought too much of her home life into work. For example, she was in the middle of getting a divorce from her husband who was also an employee at the time I was hired back in 2014 and every part of their divorce was present at work. She is very biased in who she hires and most of them have had no prior child care experience or not enough to be trusted with children. One teacher left a child out on the playground and Tishonda did nothing. If you are wanting quality child care don't go here. It's not a great place to work or send your children if you want them to be safe. She is not qualified whatsoever to be a director. She does not have her college degree or management skills to be effective. She posts your personal payment information around the center for all to see. If you want to worry about your child's safety everyday while they are there or have your personal information revealed I suggest you stay away.
