Description: The one year and older classroom had one child present with an individual that did not a qualify staff person, due to not having a criminal history request submitted. This individual left the classroom while licensing was present, leaving the child unattended.

Licensing observed a one year old present in a classroom with an individual that did not have a submitted criminal history submission. This individual left child unattended in the classroom while licensing was present.

An individual present at the program and working with children did not have a submitted criminal history request. Licensing observed this individual in a classroom alone with a child that is one year old.

There are booster seats present today in the vehicle. Two of the booster seats are not in good condition and do not have the padding on them.

Licensing observed trash in the kitchen containing food waste not covered with a tight-fitting lid when not in use.
