I stopped by this center today (3/29/13 around 3 pm) and received the worst customer service I've received in recent memory. The woman behind the desk didn't even greet my wife and I when we entered the office. I said hello and requested a tour of the facilities or an information packet for infant care. Her response, while scratching her head, was we don't give tours without a schedule and we don't give out information about our school until you have already signed up. She acted like she didn't even want us there. Not once did she stand up. She didn't offer us the ability to sign up for a tour either. With so many daycare centers on the same street, I would think that this center would be more hospitable and provide information for walk-ins. I was prepared to give Highlands Schools a chance even though the building and the landscaping left much to be desired. Today was a reminder that sometimes you should judge a book by its cover. We promptly left and received excellent customer service from KinderCare up the street.
