Location is great, but the quality of childcare is ONLY great when Amy is working, and most of the other staff I have little confidence in based on experience. When I have voiced concerns to Courtney, she too often deflects and rarely gets back to me with concerns I have even in matters of child safety.
The food offered is becoming repetitive and unhealthy with Sugary snacks provided twice in a day. Their website states "Daily Reports — keep parents informed about their child’s emotional, physical, and educational development." I have yet to see any report of even verbal update of educational development in nearly a year. This school has so much potential, if the team could up their game, I wouldn't mind paying to stay here (even though its already more expensive than others I have seen in the area).
