Violation Observed: Ensure that adequate supervision is maintained at all times throughout the center. At the time of the inspection, a child was in the hall bathroom without direct supervision. Inspector requested a teacher from the classroom come to supervise the child.

Violation Observed: Cease the use of electric space heaters. At the time of the inspection, an electric heater was operating in room 7. The heater was removed from the building upon inspector request.
