At the time of the inspection, the fire panel signaled trouble. Verizon had installed a new phone line that morning and the system went into trouble signal mode. A conversation with the technician at MCI Fire Protection Systems confirmed that a test signal had been received at 10 am on the day of the inspection indicating that the system was operational. The center will provide documentation that the trouble signal issue has been resolved. |
