Description: On 10/18/18 during nap time, Staff A alerted the licensee that a child was limp and not breathing normally. 911 was called, the child transported to a local hospital, and treated for a traumatic head injury. 2 days later, on 10/20/18, Staff A contacted the licensee and disclosed that on 10/18/18, prior to the child having trouble breathing, she had tripped and fallen on the child while holding her. Staff A did not disclose that information to the licensee at the time the incident occurred, to EMS personnel, or to law enforcement or CPS during investigation interviews conducted 10/19/18.
