I had my two daughters, both under the age of 5 in this daycare and was not happy with them at all. My one daughter has a speech delay and so at times requires a little more attention than other children. I don't expect the day care workers to follow her around 24/7 but I do expect when she comes to them trying to say she needs something that they try and take a minute to try and understand what she needs. When I went to the director to express my concerns she completely blew me off even though the problems persisted. They even called human services on me to report possible abuse of my daughter when there was absolutely nothing to indicate that there was. I even have proof that what they are saying happened, happened while in their care, not mine. I would NOT recommend this center to anyone who has children with special needs.
