LS observed the staff member pointing her finger repeatedly in child #1's face, very close to his face, multiple times while saying something to him. Findings: LS conducted a complaint investigation on today's date. The complaint alleges that child # 1 asked child # 2 to do things of a sexual nature to them while in the bathroom together. LS interviewed the director, two staff members, and the principal in reference to this incident. One staff member stated that an incident of a similar sexual nature occurred between the same two students last year, around October or November 2024, and that the director was informed of the incident shortly after. This incident was never reported to Child Protective Services. A staff member who has reason to believe that a child has been abused inside or outside of the facility, shall report that belief directly to Child Protective Services.
