I have used this provider for less than 6 months

https://m.yelp.com/biz/children-of-america-bowie-bowie

Sadly, my child has only attend here for 6 weeks. I thought after the tour this would be a great place for him. Unfortunately, his time has come to an end with this facility. My son is only 9 months and has been sick and mistreated on so many levels.

1. At first My son was placed in the Infant A room. By the time I picked him up from this facility around 5 his last meal was around 11:42. I literally had to feed him in the parking lot before going home.

2. When he was placed in Infant B I had start receiving notifications that only a few slots were available for infants!!!! Just imagine going to a facility and being turnt around because they are short of staff. Now you have to find someone else to watch your child last minute…. I immediately submit the 2 week notice.

3. The most recent turn was when I saw my son on the live camera(which is minutes behind real time) and notice that he’s was always separated from the children in the class. Minutes later I notice that he was placed in a crib crying while watching the other kids play. When the kids were asleep they would let my son on the floor to play by himself and when the babies are awake my son would be strap down in a rocker while their backs turnt toward him playing. Obviously the camera doesn’t have audio but I’m assuming from body language the teachers were frustrated with my son. I knew my son was ready once he start waiting by the door. When I pick my son up I asked Denise why was my son separated from the kids. Her response was “Oh you want to know why? I replied “ I should know that’s my son. She then told me he wouldn’t go to sleep and he was taking the kids bottle.… My son wasn’t even near a bottle! You just trying to force these babies to sleep. How could you ever discipline a 9 month old… like seriously! How can an 2 adult bully an infant ?!?
