2025-03-20 During a monitoring visit, a can of WD-40, a bottle of lamp oil, bottle of isopropyl alcohol and bottle of peroxide were observed on a low shelf, in an unlocked hall closet and bathroom closet. These items were within reach of children. Lastly, a disinfectant spray was observed on a small shelf, attached to the side of the refrigerator. The shelf was approximately 6 inches above the counter, and could be reached by the taller children in care. All these items are deemed 'Keep out of reach of children'. Note, the provider either locked the closets or removed the items during the visit. Violation
