The provider's plan of correction consists of staff member 1 received training on the Emergency Plan on 6/10/2026 . The employee signed the emergency plan document immediately after the training stating the emergency plan training was complete. After receiving the training the signed emergency plan document was put in staff 1 file/binder immediately and file/binder was put into the filing cabinet in the directors office.

The provider's plan of correction included locking the unlocked cabinet and making sure all chemicals including bleach are out of reach of children and behind a locked cabinet that is not accessible to children labeled cleaning supplies and keep cabinet locked please. Provider will also bring this to the attention of all staff in the building.
