About the Provider
The First Unitied Methodist Preschool program is designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual needs of young children. Activities are planned according to the capabilities of each child through the implementaion of developmentally appropriate curriculum (Project Construct - learner centered curriculum framework). The atmosphere is nurturing and supportive to enhance the development of self-confidence and pride in accomplishment. At the FUMC Preschool, diversity is welcomed and respected. Families of all cultural and religious backgrounds are invited to enroll and participate. Children must be 3, 4, or 5 years old to attend, have current immunizations, and have completed toilet learning.
