Very high staff turnover leading to staff that aren't trained enough for the rooms that they are in. I took my son out when the only two staff that actually regularly did activities with the kids and understood how 2 year old minds worked left. Some of the folks still there are good with the kids, like Aquila. But they also switched directors and had barely given any info to the parents on the new director before she took over. They need to spend some time looking at how they train new staff and increasing their employee benefits to get better staff in if they want to lower staff turnover.
