They were not taking care of my child as they should. Constantly misplacing my property left in their care for my child. Using his supplies for other children and vice versa. Raising his rate anytime I had a problem with what they were doing and made them aware of the issue. My child has also hurt himself way too many times most likely due to the care givers not paying attention.
