About the Provider
Full Service Child Care Center After thirteen years in the Public School System, I decided to follow my passion and created Educational Counseling Services Center. E.C.S is designed to accommodate working parents that do not receive any child care subsidies. The working poor are one of the largest growing populations in the community of Paterson. After seeing what hardships the children and their families face, I stepped out on leap of faith without any state, federal, or local financial government assistance to excel our program.
