| Findings: When the licensing specialist arrived a 3 month old infant was asleep on the couch. The licensing specialist reminded the provider that once a child falls asleep they shall immediately be moved to an approved sleep source. The only approved sleep source the provider has are pack-n-plays. Once an infant falls asleep they should immediately be moved to the pack-n-play. | |||
