Findings: Some areas were still cluttered inside and outside of the house. The kitchen table was full of paperwork and items. Provider has made some improvements in the room in which the children eat.

The ladder was in front of the refrigerator thus potentially causing a blockage as an escape in the event of a fire. This room also had potentially dangerous chemicals in it, lighter fluid. There were tools, heavy snow cone maker and several ice chests.

Findings: The outside area had many dangerous items still remaining. The shed has been torn down. The outside area had no railings on the down steps to the yard. There was a hand truck, wood splitter, sledge hammer, portable generator, broken plastic channel pieces around the garden, brooms and rakes that were in the child care area. The general play area had several plays items that were broken. The little tykes house was broken/tied together. The grill had no cover on it.
