I did not observe any safety issues outdoors. Indoors, I observed that three personal razors were stored in the bathtub area, accessible to the children. The operator I observed that the trashcan was accessed by one child in care. During the visit, the razors were placed in secured storage and the trashcan was turned around to deter access to the children. |
