The Chandler Unified School District prides itself in being able to provide before and after school care for its students. We recognize that quality care is essential to children's growth and development. We understand that you as a parent have many options available to you for your child's care. At CUSD Kids Express, we look forward to providing your child with opportunities for enrichment that extend beyond the school day. Our goal is simple: To provide seamless integration of CUSD's excellent programming into Kids Express so that children have opportunities for both personal and academic growth.

Four of four Fingerprint Clearance cards reviewed were valid through the DPS website. BCCL staff emailed the Empower Self-Evaluation Assessment link to the provider. The following was discussed, but not limited to: *Resilient surfacing is maintained at the required depth. *First Aid Kit has all required components. *Staff files have all required information.

Initial Comments: The following deficiency was observed at the time of the Modification inspection conducted on 7/15/2025, and is subject to change pending programmatic review. A full inspection was not conducted.
INSP-0119752 2025-04-17 Compliance (Annual) Complete
Initial Comments: The following deficiencies were found at the time of the Compliance Inspection conducted on 4/17/2025, and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. The Plan of Corrections is required to be submitted through the Licensing Portal within 10 days of the receipt of the Statement of Deficiencies. The following was discussed, but is not limited to: *Ensure admission and release records contain a signature with the person's first initial and last name, *Ensure screen time is listed on the lesson plan, and *Ensure a working thermometer is located in the preschool refrigerator. There were 7 staff files reviewed. 7 of the 7 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website. The Compliance Officer provided a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights and the Small Business of Rights to the Facility Director at the time of the inspection.
