I can be honest, the first time I walked through the doors of Cozy West, I wasn't sure. But what I have learned, you can't judge a book by it's cover. The girls are fun and loving, don't come in with the wrong attitude or approach in a defensive way, things my change. You have to understand as a parent and a teacher, there will be rough days. It will not be great all the time. It takes special people to take care of kids. The girls are truly amazing and rare. I love it at Cozy West.
All the staff are rude and uneducated! Sad that I have to witness this! I thought you had to be educated to work in a childcare center. I also can say that I have seen some ignorance from some parents also. Some parents don't need to be parents. NASTY TEACHERS and STUPID PARENTS!
This daycare is horrible so unprofessional they do not penalize their workers for not following policies and procedures yesterday I witness an altercation with a parent and employee the employees screaming on the phone using profanity and walked out the parent upset and the lady in the office did nothing where are the owners of this daycare
The above review was given by someone that has no clue about anything. The girl with the blue hair does not hit anyone. Does not yell. And what does blue hair have anything to do with it. From what I understand as a satisfied & paying customer, she is one out of 4 who work there with a high school diploma as well as college education. My child was always happy to see this "blue haired" girl. I will always have great things to say about her & the awesome blue hair.
This daycare is horrible. It's a worker there that I seen hit this kids and was reported to the director but they didn't do anything about it. She use to have blue hair but last time I went up there her hair was a normal color. She yells and literally hits the kids when they do not do what she says.
