Diapers were not changed whenever they were soiled or wet and/or were changed on a shift basis. Based on staff report, in the classroom for three year old children, where three children are being potty-trained, children are taken to the bathroom every two hours. One of the three potty-training children, a two-year-old who's parent expressed concern, is now being checked every hour to assure the child is not wet. In the room for two year old children, staff stated all the children are checked or changed every 30 to 45 minutes and documented in the Sprout About app which parents can access throughout the day. I was unable to verify this after viewing data in the Sprout About app during the visit.
